The location is excellent. The front desk members, their welcome, their kindness and smiling faces, helpfulness was 10+/10. The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. The courtesy treats at the room and lobby bar were a pleasant touch. Thank you.

Large breakfast buffet, nice facilities (swimming pool, sport club), large room & bed with view on the city (15th floor). as we had an executive room, we had access to the executive lounge with afternoon snacks & dinner "snacks", closer to a real dinner! Also valet parking available. Comfort at level of real Hilton. well situated in center of Adana, next to the "old" bridge

They noticed it was my birthday the night we checked in and did a room upgrade and sent a cake and fruits to my room, and also to my coworker’s. It was such a nice detail. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was very good too. Clean and well located.

The hotel was very clean, our room was nice and big and the bed was so comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The service in the restaurant and at the riverside pool bar was second to none. Very prompt and always with a smile.
